I am experiencing intermittent touchscreen issues. And, unfortunately, I am not the only one (see http://www.reddit.com/r/oneplus/search?q=touchscreen&restrict_sr=on)
My phone was bought last year, so I'm not covered by PayPal's buyer protection, which means my only option would be to try and arrange an RMA, which is not going to be easy since South Africa isn't one of their official destinations. I am going to try, and see what the response is, but looks like I will be living with it for the foreseeable future.
Their customer service is also not great, and they keep trying to fix a hardware issue with software patches (one reddit user went through several flash and reboot cycles with the oneplus "technicians", to no avail).
If you are thinking about getting this phone, please think twice, it is really good for the price. However, they do seem to have hardware problems, and since they're working on smaller margins, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I think they can't afford to do too many RMAs, and will stall as much as they can. You will be in for a frustrating experience.
Coupled with us not being part of their intended service network means that if you're unlucky enough to get a dud, you'll be SOL (or in for some shipping fees).
