Lo Peeps, I come in need of some help.
My Thermaltake PP PSU 480w died a few weeks ago, so ordered a Aopen 500w from a local PC shop which after two weeks of waiting didn't arrive so I went driving around town looking for the best PSU I could find which happened to be a cheap K-Mex 500W (EL PC shops suck to say the least). The PSU seemed fine besides for one problem, speedfan/everest reported the +5v rail not to be stable at all, jumping from 5v to 4v sometimes even as low as 2v
The PC seemed to be running fine until today when i played a BF2, getting some major artifacts from both my 7900gt & 6600gt, could this be from lack of power? is this my sh!tty wiring or do i need to take it in?
Thnx in advance
