My lovely 500W antec PSU died the other day, so I had to go on an urgent hunt for a replacement. Ended up getting a P.O.S. gigabyte 460W that I had to do some serious modifications on in order to power my system. It only had one (short) PCI-E cable, so I had to make an adapter for my other video card, and extend the wires on the existing PCI-E power cable, as well as extend the wires on the SATA power cables to power my 4 drives.
So.... I'm running a crappy 460W power supply to power 2x 7800GT's, 4 HDD's and 1x DVD/RW. It works fine.
Just waiting for my new mobo + cards so I can install my new Zalman 700W PSU.
