PTA North DL rates = ***

I’ve been using my Neoflex device in the PTA north area for about 7 months without any problems , from about 3 weeks ago ive been defaulted to 2kb dl rate. I’m giving Neotel 30 days time to fix their pathetic childish service before im going on a anti Neotel rampage! I’ve logged calls and calls without any response.

Wow.... you're so extremely kind and patient with them, it defies all logic.

Dump them now! There's no point in waiting any longer. Most people on these forums have already dumped them. They've had 2 years to sort their sh|t out, but it only gets worse. You're completely wasting your time. Get ADSL if you can. If not, go for Wimax with Telkom, iBurst, Screamer, or someone else.

But for crying out loud, don't give them even 1 more day. They're pathetic. Just read the Neotel Forums to see what people have been saying and doing. If that doesn't convince you, then I don't know what else will.

If you need help looking for alternatives, there are many people on these forums who will gladly assist you. Just post a thread asking for help in the ADSL ISP Discussions forum.

UPDATE: Here is one more reason to dump Neotel - Neotel throws in the towel for it's crappy CDMA service
