Ah, makes more sense then. Don't these people have editorial staff to check this sort of thing? Probably written by someone who's never been to Pretoria (or Mamelodi for that matter)
It's an honest mistake really. Even I sometimes battle to distinguish these two words. So I totally understand that in this day and age of automatic spell-checkers, similar sounding words can get swapped around, sometimes with embarrassing consequences.
