I'm thinking of buying a small excisting pub to run as a second income. Are there any agents that sells businesses in the western cape or websites that is updated regulary that anyone knows of??

It isn't that. There is a history of thread necros where the necromancer has only the necro post and links to an outside business. I have probably got double my current post count if I include every time I RAS one of these posters. It happens very often. Some threads have even been locked because they are repeat targets - search a thread about PST to OST conversion - it was eventually locked thanks to about 20 necros for dodgy software. Apologies if we are vigilant.
