Fighting crime via Search Engines
How do they plan to fight crime using search engine results?
If I were to search for hacking, its not to say im a hacker trying to hack stuff.
If I were to search for drugs, its not to say im a addict looking for my own brews.
...
I can go on and on and on... I just dont see how asking a bunch of questions can tell someone whether im guilty to any crime or not...
Id say, if they have a specific target in their sights, they should hand google the relevant data, eg: 10 January 2006, IP 1.2.3.4 (with the relevant documentations, like a search warrent for the specific ip of that date). THEN only should someone like Google take that IP alone, on that date, and return say anything relevant to the case at hand.
And I doubt if a 16 year old is trying to get his/her hands on adult content, that they will ever say they are under 18 on any questionairs... unless they're honest.. but then, if they were honest, then what are they doing there in the 1st place ;p
Viva la Google!
