Public Protector: "Someone is trying to kill me"

The right thing to do, getting it out in the media. Anything happens and we know where to look.

Car accidents... ANC loves them. So much death on our roads, no one questions it.

Thuli Madonsela apparently living in fear"

Public Protector Thuli Madonsela is apparently living in fear after receiving a tip off that her life is in danger.

The Sunday Times is reporting that a prominent Western Cape gang boss has been paid R740,000 to arrange a hit on Madonsela.

The publication also says the Public Protector has beefed up security at her home and has restricted her movements.

The Sunday Times says Madonsela received a warning from a police informant that the gang boss and three hit men were planning to kill her next month, in a hit made to seem like a car accident.

Madonsela told the paper she alerted police.

Last month, as the Public Protector was preparing to go to the International Jazz Festival in Cape Town, she received a text message from an informant, again warning her to be careful as her life was at stake.

Would not surprise me if true, but this is from Sunday Times.

She is a thorn in the ANC's side, and people have been assassinated much less. I hope she lives.

Weird, why try to kill her when her term expires in a matter of months?

Many reasons for that, the main one is if she joins a political party that party will inherit all the integrity that goes with that lady .

She has 'ruined' the office of the PP forever, even if she is leaving whoever comes in must keep up with the high standards she has set, the days of the silent PP are long gone.

all of this is bad news for the corrupt elite who will no longer be able to conduct their corruption under the radar.

Who appoints the PP? - I don't think we'll ever have another decent PP under the anc rule.

So it makes more sense to make a martyr of her?
