DN = Directory Number, ie your number as it used to appear in the phone book

The technically correct term though is circuit number

Nope, we had an outage yesterday and it not on that list.

Those are not every single customer fault. It is where network issues have been identified.

Not sure what you mean, but I thought mweb just got the faults from saix/telkom.
