Are you guys able to charge on the market as an SA developer yet, or are these free apps? If it's become possible to charge, or someone has figured out how to sell apps as an South African, I'd love to hear how.

Yes we can not charge yet but you can use an Agent to place it for you or use add supported aps. We do get paid by Google Analytics.

Do you mean paid by Google Admob? Yes, that is available in SA.
