As far as the Department of Communications (DoC) is concerned, they do not have any record of the documents cited by the Sunday Times in its most recent report on the relationship between Minister of Communications, Dina Pule, and businessman Phosane Mngqibisa.

Would be more surprised to hear that the DoC actually kept records of anything
