In the SADF we did pull-ups as part of fitness tests, everyone had to do 10. They didn't make it 15 for the guys with big hands and 5 for the guys with smaller ones, it was 10 for everyone.
I fail to see how the size of hands has anything to do with pull-up performance.

You forgot the italic font.They also made it 10 for 2m tall dudes as well as 1.5m manlets, who obviously have an advantage.
