As the title suggests, I believe my pull up progression is limited by my small hands.

Any helpful suggestions or advices?

Try to "lock in" your thumbs under your index fingers. (This will prevent your grip from slipping.)

Grip strength training could also lead to improvement in pull ups.

In the SADF we did pull-ups as part of fitness tests, everyone had to do 10. They didn't make it 15 for the guys with big hands and 5 for the guys with smaller ones, it was 10 for everyone.

I fail to see how the size of hands has anything to do with pull-up performance.

They also made it 10 for 2m tall dudes as well as 1.5m manlets, who obviously have an advantage.

strengthen your grip, do deadhangs, forearm curls, towel pullups, also try different grips like thumb over

You forgot the italic font. :sneaky:

I could argue that pushups and running are easier for taller guys due to the physics involved, and we would be here all day. The thing with the human body is that everything is in proportion, which is why aerobic exercise is safe and popular.

you need powerlifting straps ,put your hands through the loop and feed the tail around the bar twice ,just make sure its done right otherwise you may never get them loose again ie put a big bucket under you to collect all the dripping juices after a few days of hanging .
