Nothing mayor, seems a lot has been done to get better mic support (echo cancellation) for external programs.

I wonder if that came from Android, and if more of the work on Android code got push upstream?
 
AFAIK Android doesn't use PulseAudio, it has ts own audio stack.

Yes It uses Audio Finger, but I was refering to the pulseaudio team is working on an Android port as well as Android's use of the kernel which could affect the audio modules that in turn affect pulse performance ;)
 
i am no fan of pa.

always remove it from distros that have it as a default
