Purchase Data Bundle from Top Up Airtime

I've been trying unsuccessfully for two week to do the above. I have a TopUp 315 which I no longer use, contract expires end of August, so I though I might as well put the unused airtime to good use, buy data bundles.

When using the website portal to purchase I receive the following error:
Service PPD10 Not Valid on package GBC
This is when selecting a once off, broadband standard bundle, I've tried various sizes, all the same error.

I was told to use the *111# option from a mobile device, all the prompts work, till the final one when you confirm, when it simply says an error has accrued. Also tried various bundle sizes, all end with same error.

I have a reference number S3-TV027-7K0MA, and I've been contact by Vcom three time, each time explaining the issue, how and when I receive the error, each time I'm promised to be called back with a solution, been 6 days now, still no solution?
 
If you look at the PPD10 part, I'm guessing that's prepaid data. Trying to load prepaid on a top up. Looks like a system glitch. Have you tried following up with your reference number? Escalate to the supervisor for resolution, six days is way to long without any feedback.
 
I tried promotional bundles, normal bundles, any option the menu gives me, all return the same error.

Last time I spoke to them Monday morning, and I was told the query was made high priority and sent to the IT dept for feedback.
