Purchasing a new PPDB...

My PPDB is almost depleted (I have about 30MB remaining) and want to buy another one...but can't as I have to wait for this one to run out completely.

Was there not a change to the system where a new PPDB can be purchased when the current one is below 100MB, or is it still set at below 10MB?

10MB for now, busy looking at changing it.
