Purple Forest - ONT config

Hi,
I did a full reset on my Purple Forest ONT and they can't seem to verify my line now.
Does anyone know what do I need to set up on the ONT?

I moved to a new unit, and I thought it's also a wireless unit so I did a full reset.

I can log in to the ONT, I am sure I can put some settings in....

The ONT is usually managed by the head end. The FNO will need to do this for you.

ONT's are usually locked down with only the FNO being able to access it. If it has been reset, that would have wiped their settings which allows them to remotely connect to configure it for the ISP service.

I think all I need is the tr-069 details and they can login and do whatever....?

I think all I really need here is the ACS setting and then everything will be auto configured...?
So anyone with purple forest is willing to share the acs setting?

Haha im not Fibre, it must of been a dream. But was it a good dream?

It's afrihost but pending activation.
Now they telling me purple forest are on network freez and my account will only be active on Monday

Yeap, they typically deploy them with factory config, then discover and provision, etc. So, at the mercy of the FNO, unfortunately.
