Pvp

Agree with Cloud.

I have been running the 70 BG's actively for the last 2 months to get the epic gear. Lag is a big problem but you can work around it to some extent. When I started I got very frustrated and was at the bottom of the log, now days if I concentrate I can get into top 5 easy. You learn to play with the lag focus more on your attack actions against a classs rather than what you see on the screen - use the force (kidding ok).

As far as classes go, each class has it's counter, but there is no doubt at the moment that Warlocks are going to be nerfed. As a MS Warr I have no problems with likes of hunters, rogues, shamans and druids (i.e you win some loose some) Paly's are hard work as I can kill myself hitting them, best to let clothies blast them, Frost mages (most are frost) are also hard and I loose most of the time. Afflic warlock run! Even if he is a nub and you manage to kill him the 50 dots on you will ensure you die long after he has gone to the grave.

Soz to disappoint, but I don't have a lock :P You can try against my warr though ;)

Rogue vs Warrior

1. Sap
2. Ambush
3. Gauge
4. Backstab
5. Vasnish
6. repeat 2-4

Also some blows in between

Game over ;)

Edit:
I forgot to mention - Poisons = 1. Crippling Poison & 1. Nature damage poison

1. Sap - berserker rage breaks sap and gouge
2. Ambush - doesn't hurt on plate
3. Gauge - gouge? see point 1
4. Backstab - again, weak on plate
5. Vasnish - demoralizing shout/rend/deep wounds
6. repeat 2-4 - thanx for the second wind procs, healing me 1.3k each stun

My overpower crits for 2k every 6 seconds. I usually kill a rogue in one intercept.

Nice

Maybe I should mention my rogue is lvl 39 :D No warrior in the 39 Bracket have ever and will ever kill me ;)

My Furry Warrior is briliant against ranged attacks due to the "Charge" and OFC plate helps plenty. but that is only above 39. Under 39 Warriors suck

Being a holy paladin, I can keep myself up for quite a while, but I cant kill a fly :\

try duelling a resto shammy as a holy pala, goes on forever :p

DAMN !!!

lvl 29 BG I hated Hunters

lvl 39 BG I own hunters but the bloody shammies
Windfury totem, Slowing totem, ect... They damn hard to kill on lvl 39 :o

Then you are going to hate the next patch, since shammies are getting a huge buff

TBH

WoW is about the world play. I love BG's but that is not where the game is.
They killed down Warriors cos they where to powerfull, Now they wana kill off the Locks, sup up the Shammies

They should let the Classes be. If you hate a Warrior for being to strong, easy roll a warrior yourself. I honestly don't give 2 sticks as to which is more powerfull than which. I play BG's I win most classes and lose against some classes, that is life :D

its about bloody time for that, since TBC shamans have been a forgotten class.

More items have been available for paladins and shamans post tbc than ever before. The amount of dmg that shamans put out has been buffed a lot, so much that shamans have become the second most wanted class in arenas (after paladins).

Warlock/ shadow priest nerf is in the form of how the mechanism for resiliance will work, since it will from the patch reduce the dot damage a long with the crit damage it is reducing atm.

more items? is that all? what about a talent revamp ? nothing?

i agree that the shaman has a massive amount of chaotic dmg,But since blizz put that WF proc in place it was like "AWWWWW"

It was not a broken class that needed a talent rework. But just for interest sake, tbc have seen shamans and paladins going cross factions, and shamans geting a lot more dps while paladins were given more tanking abilities, is this not attention? Where is the mage love...
