I have been running the 70 BG's actively for the last 2 months to get the epic gear. Lag is a big problem but you can work around it to some extent. When I started I got very frustrated and was at the bottom of the log, now days if I concentrate I can get into top 5 easy. You learn to play with the lag focus more on your attack actions against a classs rather than what you see on the screen - use the force (kidding ok).
As far as classes go, each class has it's counter, but there is no doubt at the moment that Warlocks are going to be nerfed. As a MS Warr I have no problems with likes of hunters, rogues, shamans and druids (i.e you win some loose some) Paly's are hard work as I can kill myself hitting them, best to let clothies blast them, Frost mages (most are frost) are also hard and I loose most of the time. Afflic warlock run! Even if he is a nub and you manage to kill him the 50 dots on you will ensure you die long after he has gone to the grave.
