PVR recordings

Hi All
I need help,I have been recording some shows and movies via PVR now I need to give my friend some of the recorded stuff via USB storage...how do I transfer from PVR to external storage?

I hope you can help me help a friend ;-)

Only way is to dump it via an SD output onto a device that can record the signal.

afaik SA PVRs have a physical USB connection, but its not supported by the software.

You would need to hack it, which is illegal.

Cable to PC (TV card).
Record onto hdd.
Takes long.
