Quake 1 RTX (path traced)

It is amazing how this game keeps on giving.

Can never forget it, king of land back in the day, both pre and with counterstrike although quake was first before halflife.

Are there any Build Engine (and its derivatives) titles which can do RT? I know that there is an RT module, but I don't believe that I have seen it implemented in any released games. BuildGDX and GZDoom does allow good manipulation techniques, so I don’t think RT will ever be needed due to computing demands, but it was said that the new and upcoming Ion Fury will have RT.

Well not that I've recently seen but there is pascal rtgi which is a path based ray tracing project. However, imho still needs a few iterations. Basically you sub / patreon and then add it via reshade. But the titles I tested had mixed results. Of course you can do this with the build engine.
