Yes they are. In the eWelink app you have the option to turn off the wifi indicator. I don't know if you can do this in HA as well.

If flashed with tasmota you can turn off the wifi indicator.

I reset mine by turning the light switch off on the db board

Hold in the button for 5 seconds.
I have 5 qualitel switches and planning on doing the rest of my house with them.
Anyone had any experience with smart dimmer switches? I want a good dimmer to work with smartlife app.
