Query regarding 192k uncapped ADSL account

Hi there

As my company instructed Telkom to install an 512k businessadsl line at my house (for after-hours support use) I just want to know :

Will I be able to obtain an uncapped 192k or 384k ADSL account from any supporting ISP and use that on the 512k line? I understand that I will only get 192k or 384k speed.

Also, at what speed will local be?

You can use those accounts on any line, on the IS ones you sometimes get higher than the advertised speed.
