When I cancel my account, is it immediate or does it still work for the remainder of the month?
Need to know so I can time the installation of my DSL.

Haha, never! I'm on Uncapped now! Just want to do a comparison on all the packages out there!! Found out that it is 24 month contract, but can be month to month on the NeoGo.

I've been calling and calling and calling the callcentre to get the guys to pick up my device since its been about 2 months since I've cancelled, and this thing is just gathering dust here.

I'd also like them to give me my deposit back, if that is not too unreasonable of me to ask

So,my ultimatum is as follows : Neotel fetches the device from my house by next week Friday, or they can collect it at the rubbish dump

Am I being unreasonable?

When you request termination, it has its 30 day notice to still run. Thereafter terminated.
