Question about NeoFlex

Would anyone here be able to enlighten me with what kinds of speeds and latencies one can expect when running NeoFlex in an area designated as "fair" coverage?

And will this be sufficient for WoW?

Ok, so I phoned them today... Apparently if your coverage is "fair" they won't give you NeoFlex, gotta wait till they decide to put up more towers and I can get better signal...
