Question about Neotel contacts

Has anyone got a contact inside Neotel that they don't mind PM'ing me the details of? I have a month long issue with them and both calls and emails have so far resulted in nothing. I'd really like to get service again.

I am, just waiting for the uncapped hype to calm down and see what everyone's saying about their experiences. Don't want to make the same mistake that I did with Neotel

My Neotel package ends in August but I'll give it till June and make my decision then
