The peak download rate is never that accurate.

186KB/s download rate is good for a 2Mbps ADSL connection and far more than you can get on a 1Mbps ISP account.

Hi ly4k,
At home we have a 384Kb/s and on a good day we are averaging around 30Kb/s which matches almost proportionately your speed.

384kbps ADSL should get about 38-40kB/s at least.
