Question about Wootware delivery.

So finally decided to buy a new GPU and Wootware was the cheapest.

I'm going to EFT the money tomorrow when the banks are open.

But my question is, I opted for the R59 delivery, but how does it work? Do I have to be home when they deliver? Cause somehow I don't see a GPU box fitting in my post box.

They uses courier's , you need to be at home or someone need to be there to sign.
 
You can also track your goods (using a tracking number/code).
I ordered 10k worth of goods 2 months ago, took 2 days for delivery to my work during office hours.
 
mmm maybe I should have given my work address instead then, unless they can deliver it on Friday which is my day off.
 
Generally they'll just come by your house and deliver, if you're not home they'll try again the next day or possibly call.

If you're waiting for it expectantly I suggest once you get a waybill/order number call the courier company and arrange it from there.
 
@InternetSwag, PM me or email us, we can confirm when the delivery should take place based on your current order information. If that needs changing, we'll be able to assist with that as well, so that it's delivered on the most convenient date/address for you :) .

Perfect, thank you for the speedy reply Ratwiz! If all goes well I'll be using Wootware for a long time.
 
Funnily enough I just ordered a new graphics card through wootware this week as well InternetSwag!

Loving the service thus far. Also had the same questions about delivery though haha - I emailed them to ask and they replied very promptly with great answers to all my questions. :)

Perhaps something to work on making a little clearer Ratwiz? Flesh out the relevant FAQ section a little and link to it relentlessly in the order emails would be my first thought.

+1 for Wootware in any case. Getting my card tomorrow I believe. :D

Thanks FuLL_MeT4L. Was something that I was looking at after this thread. Not a bad idea at all :) , we'll look at implementing links to the relevant payment and delivery info in the order confirmations themselves.

I bought from them on 3 occassions and have always been astounded by their excellent service! My online retailer of choice. :)
 
Another +1 for Wootware.

Made my first purchase from them last week - Vertex 4 SSD. Great service, ordered Monday delivered in Cape Town Tuesday. Very impressed.
 
If you work then the best is to give them your work address... If you gave them your phone address you can phone the courier and change the address to your work one.
