Question: Choosing the right ISP for me

Hi guys. I need your help i would like to get an uncapped adsl for R600 or less, i maining want to use the line for online gaming (like fifa league of legends, mmorpg ect.), watching youtube videos with short buffering times and for downloads (mainly anime[direct downloads] and series[torrent downloads]).

I would like to ask a few questions:
1.)which isp is the best for my needs?
2.)when will i get throttled?
3.)is it unshaped?
4.)what all will i need?

I currently have a telkom phone line and i say in port elizabeth if that makes a differince.

I heard telkom has a 2mbps uncapped bundle for R514 that comes with everything the modem,line,data ect is there any other better deals that comes with everything?
 
Just fyi, that price of R514 went up to R 558 from the 1st of April.

1.If you are in the northern region (JHB ect) go with Afrihost business.
2.Never unless there is a problem with their network
3.Yes
4.Router at your own expense Dlink 2750u for R650 ish (dont get a Telkom Branded one)
5. 2Mb/s business is R497


Telkom do shape and throttle.
