so, as the subject states... I have a business idea.

I would like to speak to various (potentially) involved parties/clients without putting my business idea at risk.

I have various investors and resources waiting in the wings, but a big corporate would be able to get everything up and running quicker than me.

how would I go about protecting my business idea when discussing it with them? Some kind of confidentiality agreement they have to agree/sign before the meeting starts?

your input please

PM me your idea and I'll let you know how to protect it :D

If I had to hazard a guess then I would say that a non-disclosure agreement should do the trick. Get a lawyer to draft one for you and to make sure that there are no possible loopholes.
