I am looking for a good protein meal replacement. Right now NPL Diet Meal and Nutritech look like good options? Informed opinions welcome.

For ladies there is only one protein shake I recommend.

They say the best Protein Shake Meal Replacement is a two egg milk shake.

Hi Nika_B

There are a couple good options out there. I use Nutritech whey every day and have no problem. even enjoy it.

Why are looking to get a meal replacement shake though?

I used to use supashape Diet Whey but it go too expensive and low stock, they kept downsizing the containers.

Currently using NPL Diet Meal, good taste, does the job, good price. You can either buy direct from NPL or go through Supplement World online, both have a cheaper price depending on size ( larger on NPL, smaller on Sup ).

Hi! Thank you for your response. Sometimes for lunch especially when it gets busy I tend to reach for something unhealthy. I tried USN replacement meal and I realised it actually keeps me full, bit it's more expensive. So basically I want to have a healthier alternative available for the busy days

I use Nutritech pure protein often add some yoghurt to change the flavour and it makes it more filling. May need to use sugar free yoghurt if you are are cutting fat

Just keep in mind that protein is used to repair and build muscle after they have been put through a workout so the replacement should be used in conjunction with exercise and not as a straight up replacement for snacking.

Protein is much like carbohydrates so any excess in the body is stored in fat.
