Who cares....... they sold an uncapped service...... if they dont like your usage tell them to FAX you a request to cancel the service....... and give them a ticket number!!!!!
According to the Sentech MyWireless FAQ there is no cap. It's not in the AUP either. So ask them where they get the 10GB cap from, and why it isn't mentioned on their web site anywhere.

I am pretty sure I exceeded 10GB for october. It's okay, if they call I will tell them I will download as much as I want to until I have used up my accumulated cap from the bad months. I will gladly assign them a ticket number if they wish me to contact my second level support people (mom? dad?).
LOL!!! But with them "enforcing a 10 gig cap" which we did not sign/agree to, it is a breach of contract on their part. We we're also not informed on this change.....
Ha ha, I've also been trying to see if I can hit the 10GB cap. So far this month, after having at least one torrent going at all times, I'm sitting on about 5GB.
The cap applies to local and international...before I cancelled I got a call telling me I have reached my cap. So I cancelled. I was on the 256k service - whatever that is.
Local was flying...hehe
