Please power you iBurst terminal down for at least 2 minutes and then try again.


There was a provisioning problem which is sorted out.
 
mmm last night i got disconnected and when i tried to connect again.. said that iburst is blocking my port.. lol?

so couldnt do anything last night
not to mention i 300 ms in wow... but as soon as the connection interacts with the telia network ( eg doing pvp with other realms involved..) i got disconnected .... and about a 3 second delay

There is still a Level 3 issue on the subsea cable.


We have no control over this unfortunately.
 
Any news on when the internet connection will be restored?

Whats the latest with the static IP's?
 
Statics are back on I have been informed.

After tower having issues last night and today in Durban CBD. I checked this afternoon and was told the issue was resloved but even before the tower issue I have been having issues as posted and I am still having issues with latency.

I have set the mtu as request, I have cut everything down to only wow using connection even removed addons ingame to basic wow setup and still tracert as follows :

Your 4th hop is a bit high, but latency u got after looks fine. I still think you are getting packet loss to your server, I am not getting any to mine. Its main cause of DC's in WoW.

You done a pathping instead of tracert to your server address?


I am raiding at the moment and latency is very good 360ms average and no disconnects :)

I personally have given up raiding while i have been having these issues the past few months, and have done the odd raid when i feel brave enough to explain why i am not healing/dps/tanking as well as i should.

Still around 1.3-2k ms atm in game..................try leveling a rogue with that lol :S

Yea i did a pathping instead i have no problems on vemt though
 
I played Wintergrasp twice to knight and it was a total disaster my first raid got me DC about 30 times and the second raid got me DC about 20 times. And getting lag 500ms and then jumps to 2000ms and so on.

This is getting out of hand now. For 2 months now I this had endless problems as I’m getting fed up with this now I think I will have to get advice on bridging contract.

If this S*** those not get sorted out soon I will have to look for an alternative.
 
Ryandicks and Bluethunder do you both got MTNBusinnes static ip's from Shaun, if you in Gauteng?
