People who take one night stands and even like sex on the first few dates, how do you know you partner hasn't got AIDs or some other nasty infection? we all know condoms are not 100% effective...
Just a question

The same reason people take a chance and drive when intoxicated. They know the risk of something happening is greater but in the moment they are willing to take the chance or in fact don't even consider the risks. The "it will never happen to me" mentality.

The saying thinking with the little head exists for a reason.

None of you are answering my question because none of you are obviously the people this question is directed to....

Ok. Try friends with benefits then.

In my particular case it's the orderlies. I'm not allowed outside, so...

Well in my case I double up. Simple. And do not go down on a one night stand - unless she's smoking hot and odourless, of course...

EDIT: and if you're really freaked out, then try using the tabasco sauce method...

Or whisky\tequila :P

To answer the OP's question. Maybe because promiscuous people find their activities enjoyable.

By doubling up I certainly hope you don't mean that you wear two condoms because two condoms rubbing up against each other cause friction which increases the chances of them failing. So instead of putting yourself less at risk you are in fact more at risk.

I've got no problem with AIDS.

My personality serves as my contraceptive.

Chicks like talking to me, but I never get the feeling that they might be interested in me romantically. AMOF I get the feeling that they set the boundries in my case quite quickly.

But then again the friction is usually the most along the side of your "shaft" and the semen acumulates at the tip. So unless you generate more then the tip cavity can hold you shouldn't have a problem. Reme, ber that AIDS cannot penetrate the skin. Only the tip of your head which have some sensitive membrames and which is not covered with normal skin.

But then again I'm a "layman" regarding this so I might be totally wrong.

Huh? If a condom fails, and breaks, it is likely that the entire thing will come off. Besides that after vigorous sex you may well have damaged the skin of your penis thus allowing a way in for the virus. Further to this many males shave, if you recently shaved down there you may well have damaged the skin allowing another way in for the virus. Fluids get all over during sex.
