i gave it sun and water every day and the weak ****er just shrivelled up like a dead peen and died
my balcony only gets afternoon sun so maybe it wasnt enough sun in winter

i do have another growing, birds eye thingy that i grew starting lockdown from seeds in my kitchen after choppping up chillies
it started growing like wildfire on the balcony and i got some good ones off that
then in winter the plant died
and now all of a sudden the entire plant has come back to life and has hundreds of green leaves, but no chillies yet

So this one is a lekker bullet proof chillie to grow

that jalapeno plant is a moffie plant and i dont have time for such behaviour in my garden

Mooi man. Remember it's in a pot - give it some fertilizer once a month. Tannie Margaret Roberts sells a nice organic one. It's in a purple box. Will last your life time. (Not saying you're old).

Wait, what? Fertilizer. Like go kak on the plants once a month? Whatsapp me a Tannie Margies stuff if you get a chance. Ive only ever added tap water to all my plants, i thought potting soil already has fertilizer in it

Sometimes plants can just be on a go slow. Germinated the attached ones at the same time. As you can see, the habenero is being a little b***h

i bought a nice Jalapeno plant beginning of the year with 6 big boys on it. Plant started dying shortly afterwards, I suck at growing anything except succulents as you can just ignore them. @PoppieChoffel grows her own, she might trade for home brew beer

I can't grow schit, the other half grows all the things. I look at plants and they die... I just harvest and make goodies with the fruits

Wait a while, at least a month or more

From my student days:
1 x 750ml Old Brown Sherry (students couldn't afford the 2 litre OBS)
5 x dried chillies (if you are rich and bought the 2L just put the whole packet in)
Take a swig of the OBS to make room for the chillies.
Insert chillies.
Wait about 3 to 4 weeks.
Very nice hot shots.
