Time is limited with both parents working so cereal is the default evil. Looking for quick and easy breakfasy ideas for weekdays to replace cereal. Can be pre-prepared but prefer ideas that can be done in 10min in the morning.

Quick cook porridge? Such as oats so simple by Quaker.Time is limited with both parents working so cereal is the default evil. Looking for quick and easy breakfasy ideas for weekdays to replace cereal. Can be pre-prepared but prefer ideas that can be done in 10min in the morning.
No, Futurelife has a lot of sugar is basically the same as eating most other cereals.Futurelife.
Greek Yoghurt + Muesli.
Smoothies.

No, Muesli (most brands) have as much if not more sugar than mosts cereals
No, mashed up fruit is basically as bad for you as just eating a sugary snack. Take it from Uncle Joey
Healthiest option is an omelette.
Jeez it must be sad to be you.
An omelette doesn’t fit the requirement.
Everything above does...and isn’t a cereal.
You really don’t need to avoid every sugar in the planet to be healthy. Just be aware of your intake.
Starbucs coffee freshly ground from dripper, Aeropress, Bialetti or even french press. That's all you need to start the day![]()
Eating garbage makes you happier?
FYI, Omelettes don't take more then 5 minutes to cook (depending on the type)
There is nothing garbage in muesli or yoghurt.
And Futurelife isn’t amazing but it’s far from garbage.
The cooking process itself doesn’t take more than 5 minutes but there is preparation of the pan needing to heat up and needing to be cleaned after etc.
Don’t get me wrong I love me an omelette. But certainly not every bloody day and certainly not when I don’t have time for it.
Unless you meant microwave omelettes...kots.
I've never really understood the futurelife brand. They pretend to be healthy but those ingredients are quite meh. If you're aiming to be healthy why buy a thing that's clearly not that great? Grab an apple and some nuts.As for Futurelife
the ingredients read : Whole Maize Flour (NON-GMO), Whole Soy Bean Flour (Soy NON-GMO), SmartProtein3D blend (26%)
The vast majority of Mueslis have more sugar than most cereals., there's nothing wrong with plain greek yogurt I'll give you that.

SmartProtein3D and ingredient which seems to be named by a Marketing Department, my BS meter is off the scales of that alone.
Speaking from experience I am able to make a scrambled egg before in the time it took it me to make my cup of coffee granted it was on gas and induction stoves.
Now that I think about I remember seeing breakfast nut mixes in Woolies that and greek yogurt could work .
FutureLife is pure BS.Checked the Muesli I have and it’s 4.7g of sugar per 100g and serving size of 50g at 2.4.
Hardly the same as the two cereals in the cupboard at 12g per 40g and 11g per 30g serving.
Sure there might be some others that are different but I doubt it’s near cereal level.
And sure Futurelife is all marketing super food nonsense and at 7.9g of sugar maybe a bit heavy (still hardly a train smash for me).
Then again I question why anyone needs all these powders and proteins and shakes and other kak to be “healthy” so what do I know.
****
And sure gas and induction would allow for a quick egg, but then that only applies to those people who have that.
Regardless can’t be good to eat that and only that every day either.
