Quickest way to downgrade?

Hey guys

So im currently on a 4Mb capped bundle with Telkom, looking to downgrade to 2Mbps and keep the data i have now. Anyone know the quickest way to do this? Really not looking forward to phone 10210 and wait 45mins before i get through to someone.

Telkom's call center isn't that bad any more.

Just give them a call.

I've last tried the call centre just before the new year and the 3 consultants i spoke to were pretty annoying and didnt help at all. Prefer to stay away from that.

Try the telkom chat. But from experience they not as good as they used to be. When you get through use the call me option.
