Most HTCs have both. Touch Diamond 2 and Touch Pro 2 will be out soon and then theres the Magic/Dream.
The N97 will be out soon, new iPhone, BB Storm and X1.
Samsung have some...
You need to understand that you can have a device with a hard qwerty and touch screen qwerty layout. The BB Storm is touch screen qwerty, no slide out keyboard etc.
I've had a touchscreen for a few years now. I find the lack of a hardware keyboard to be quite painful, like trying to type while you're walking or in the car etc.
The hardware keyboard will always add some bulk to your handset but I've decided my next phone MUST have a physical keyboard.
PS> I was also a huge advocate for the SE X1, but have since learned that the paint wears off in about a week and the casing is prone to cracking, especially around the stylus holster. I've seen numerous complaints online and my mate's one month old X1 has also started cracking & fading.
