Well we know the CoJ are not owed that much if the have R12m bills on non-existant connections.
 
What worries me is that I'm not an accountant but even I can see that a !2 mill bill has got to be an error. CoJ accountants have got to be seriously retarded, like "verge of being committed" retarded, to not see it.

they think it is logical, it is possible you can operate car manufactory + steel manufactory + mining in the same time inside a 200 sq meters land. :rolleyes:
