I'm usually too busy reading a book. Which, thankfully, is completely legal.I understand your gripe , but you never ever make a phone call or take one while driving? Not even emergency?
I encounter this more often than people talking on phones.I can still understand when someone talks on a phone. There's other things like tuning your radio, looking at the person sitting next to you etc, that's just as dangerous. For me it's the people who's texting - they pose a real danger on the road
