This would be good - I hate people who talk on cell phones and drive and even worse those whom are either on facebook or texting while driving. And most of the time it's people who can't drive even without the distraction.

If I can get a car kit installed so can everyone else.

There are sooo many more effective ways to make our roads safer ! Why are they just seeing cellphones ? Taxi's, Drunken driving, unroadworthy vehicles, speeding.

Have you watched how people react when lighting a cigarette or dropping a cigarette on their laps - it does happen !

What constitutes 'while driving'?

I understand your gripe , but you never ever make a phone call or take one while driving? Not even emergency?

I'm usually too busy reading a book. Which, thankfully, is completely legal.

I can still understand when someone talks on a phone. There's other things like tuning your radio, looking at the person sitting next to you etc, that's just as dangerous. For me it's the people who's texting - they pose a real danger on the road

I encounter this more often than people talking on phones.

I personally ignore my phone while driving. If it rings I will try pull over to answer. If I can't safely stop, then i let it ring.

The clutter has all gone, thank god. The house is empty except for the guard. The developer is fighting with the neighbour as he wants to demolish the house and erect 3 townhouses. Still, it is out of my hands entirely.

Not just while driving, smoking anytime is dangerous and to others around you. Wife's friend has lung cancer from inhaling her husband's smoke for 25 years
