That'll be good enough for anything at 720p with medium settings. Most MOBAs and F2P games out there will run at pretty high quality settings.
I'm only 12 and doing this with my money can only go up R4000
R4500 would be ideal to start off with, but that will really only net you better graphics, not substantially better CPU performance.

Stretching to R4000, I'd recommend that you get another stick of the Crucial RAM, APUs run best in dual-channel mode thanks to the larger amount of memory bandwidth available. R4500 would be ideal to start off with, but that will really only net you better graphics, not substantially better CPU performance.
