I've often wondered if the CIPC is registered with the CIPC. And if so, how did that happen? Unless is was registered with CIPRO before the change over. In which case it may be colonialist.

Maybe there is something to the claim that the IQ in SA is lower on average than in the rest of the world?
Didn't they link low IQ with Racism as well?
