On paper it looks fair but we all know that in reality it never works out the same and that is why the union stepped in.
Remember the SAA pilot thing. First they say no new white cadets will be taken in. Then the unions stepped in and this was changed on paper. What happened. Not a single white guy was selected.....

The current ratio at Telkom is close to 50/50. Of the 3700-odd management group, 345 must go. With the bingo exercise, people in yellow blocks are safe - so around 2500 of them can sit back and carry on as before (plenty of white males in there). That leaves about 1200 to apply for about 855 jobs. How this will lead to a mass retrenchment of white males is statistically impossible (taking into consideration the criteria - 3 boxes to be ticked).

I remember years ago the state wanted to get rid of white cops and offered an exit package. To many black cops applied so they stopped the proses.

Yeah they do this and then they still want us to fly saa and use Telkom.

Eye blind process. The process maybe legal but the implimentation wont be. White heads will role!

Telkom is set to make a fuc kton of money in the near future. They should concentrate on padding their jackets instead of tipping cows.
