Malelane. – “Vergewe my en laat ek asseblief net hemel toe gaan.”

Dit was eergisteroggend mnr. Ruan de Beer (22) se skietgebed terwyl ’n verkeersman van die Nkomazi-munisipaliteit hom na bewering met ’n brandstofpyp gewurg het.

“Ek was oortuig daarvan ek gaan nou dood,” het ’n steeds geskokte De Beer gister aan Beeld gesê.

Tydens die beweerde aanranding het mnr. Enoch Sifuanda, een van die dorp se mees berugte verkeersmanne, hom glo so erg aangerand en geskop dat hy doktersbehandeling moes kry.

Albei De Beer se oë is potblou en geswel, hy moes vyf steke kry om ’n diep wond aan sy linkeroogbank te heg en skaafmerke is duidelik sigbaar om sy keel.

Die beweerde aanranding het kort ná middernag op Malelane Toyota se rybaan gebeur toe De Beer en mnr. Stefan du Preez (20), sy boesemvriend, brandstof ingegooi het.

Anyone got the guts to tell me this isnt a racially motivated attack?

Quick translation:
The Beeld newspaper reports of two young white men who stopped to fill up at a garage and was harassed by a black traffic cop. The cop, Enoch Sifuanda beat and wrestled the young man to the ground and choked him unconscious with the filling line of one of the pumps. When the white man, Ruan De Beer gained consciousness he was repeatedly kicked in the head by the cop and in the groin by the black petrol attendant. It was all captured on CCTV.

Won't deliver any comments until the courts have delivered a verdict.

But it doesn't sound good.

But the fact remains that the policeman attacked several other people as well - and I think that will be counting against him in court.

agreed lets not jump to conclusions, video footage doesn't revel very much...I don't see any uniformed policeman in the video unless he was off duty

its funny.... when a white cop does that to a black guy nobody even wants to acknowledge it but when its the other way around then it is racist guess its not good when the show is on the other leg : ))) only a court of law will be able to decide that till then all whites (who are complaining) should just chill lol

A policeman strangling someone to near death is enough with regards to unbecoming.

Jeez, suppose i better spell it out for you.

On this forum their have been a few threads of white guys attacking black guys and they were basically crucified on the spot as "extreme racists" etc. before they even had a chance to say their side of the story or have their day in court.

Now a black guy assaults a white guy and it is even CAUGHT ON CAMERA, but we have cries from the gallery to "wait for the court outcome", "do not be so quick to judge" etc...

Its so ironic thats its actually pretty damn funny. :sick:

So now because your thread hasn't evoked the desired response it's ironic?
 
Judging from the video i cannot tell what led to the fight.
Jumping to conclusions will not help anyone.
There is always three sides to the story, wait till we hear the other 2.

Years ago some blacks were having a catnap on the lawn of Church square (Pretoria)during their lunchbreak.
An overseas reporter took photos and told the international community the police killed them......

I cannot see anyone attacking anyone else without justification.
