After reporting the incident to the Komatipoort SAPS we were told that it will be a lengthy process, many court appearances etc, but which will most likely never be taken further in the legal system. We live in KZN and work for corporate companies, it will be difficult to take time off and come up into Mpumalanga Province.

I would hope the companies they work for appreciate the severity and media exposure of this incident and give them the time and space to see this through to the end. It is a poor reflection on South Africans in general and Afrikaners in particular when this sort of conduct not only takes place but is dismissed by the rangers as "your word against theirs".
