E-Natis can't even match your name to your ID

My name was correct on all my licenses for the past 30+ years. Now suddenly my initials are given as K.L instead of K.D. I tried to correct that by supplying a certified copy of my ID. They corrected the one license but the next license, two weeks later, was wrong again.
What to do? Stand in the queue for another day or two?

Went to renew my drivers licence this morning. Over 45mins were wasting waiting for the "system" to reboot and come back online. The teller just sighed and said this was a daily occurance.

Total time to renew drivers licence: 2hours & 45mins. (and that deosnt include the estimated 5 weeks waiting period for the card).

Typical Africa.
