My wife entered a competition on Jacaranda FM as follows and to date she has still not received any of the vouchers promised.
Date: 27th August 2018
Scenic Drive – Happy Hour
She appeared on the Scenic Drive with Riaan via phone and requested the song H.O.L.Y by Bobby van Jaarsveld and was told sge would receive a voucher to the value of R 2,500.00 from Somethings Cooking in Times Square. She was told by Morne JK that the vouchers would be emailed to me.
Date: 26th September 2018
Scenic Drive – Takeaway Wednesday. She received a call from Morne JK requesting she make a dish of Pilchard Fish cakes and was interviewed by Riaan and was informed by Morne JK that she would receive SPAR vouchers to the value of R 1,500.00. she was told by Morne JK that the vouchers would be couriered to her.
I sent an email asking what the status was and received a call after the email and she was told that there was a backlog but she should be getting the vouchers soon. I subsequently sent two more emails as she has now been waiting 3 months and Jacaranda have failed to respond to my last 2 emails.
My wife and I are both pensioners and have been looking forward to receiving the vouchers!
Rather disappointed thus far.
