listened to the show... at least the ICASA councillor was neutral in all of this and each of the guests made very good points. If this is successful then hopefully the next attack on telkom will be international circuit costs.
My only fear in this whole thing is that ICASA becomes telkom's lap dog as they have in the past on various matters (VOIP etc).

On a positive note, it's great to see so much passion in this forum - people recording the shows, hosting them, and responses every few minutes!

Thanks to bb_matt for doing the walkman thang & mixitation & hosting, and to Antowan for doing the same with the clearer version - basically what I said in bb_matt's thread.
Most of all though, thanks RPM for doing the interview - you totally rock man!!!
There is one small teeny weeny request though - perhaps I should be asking this via p.m., but here goes - in future, in addition to an Announcement thread like this, could we create a global forum announcement that points to the thread itself? The objective being to quickly inform all forumites that usually live in a specific forum (e.g. iBurst), and never venture into the Announcements forum [not so subtle effort on my part to draw some forumites out of their shells & get them to put on their super duper consumerism outfit ].
RPM, I feel that it is important that as many MyADSL members as possible are aware of all the hard work that you do for us - it is about showing support & building on the unity that we already have - strengthening the unity that is.
As an example, I have only just ventured into the Announcements forum now to look for this thread (last week was really busy workwise - I temporarily stopped using New Posts and ended up staying in the iBurst & Vodacom 3G forums in separate Firefox tabs).
MyADSL totally rocks!!! (yep that's RPM & all MyADSL members)
