Okay out of interest, why would you go to LANS nowadays?

going to LANS is cool still it better than playing online at least there some social still with LANS where with online there no social

There's social, you've got a headphone and mic :-). What more do you want :-)

Rofl. No thanks, my years of going to LAN's is long over. Went to Liberty/Mayhem/Rage Every single month/year.

Now with fast internet, team speak and a headset I have no need.

Sleeping on your keyboard is just ***.

There isn't?
On Smite I use Curse, League I pretty much always have premade over Skype or TeamSpeak, near all my games on Steam everyone has a mic (that includes Dota 2 obviously), WoW TeamSpeak for raids, etc.
When I used to play Battlefield there were always 3 or 4 people on mic's as well.

I agree. LAN parties were useful when there were no proper internet connections. Now you can play online (LAN) as much as you like without leaving house and falling asleep on your keyboard.

Went to the first few Rages and they were awesome.

Also used to go to Mayhem a few times a year :D

Good to see at least YoteFox's fursuit head got a feature, although the stupid journos missed the rest of what he was up to.

No. A good friend of mine's.

interesting.

the kind of person who would go to a different con, like say iCON (a gaming con with thousands of things to do for all kinds of us weird people) and then complain there is nothing for a fur suiter to do?

because if you know that person you should smack them, behaviour like that is why people confuse fur suiters and furries.

Well no, Yote's a cool oke.

Fursuiters (going by that name) are furries but furries aren't fursuiters. The self entitled loud mouthed furries you mention are the... snip... I might get some backlash from them if I talk further.

no I know exactly what you mean.

and I want them to give me grief.
because the stunt they pulled is exactly why people all think that everyone who puts on a fur suit does it for sexual pleasure.
Just like idiot metal heads that act satanic made everyone think all metal heads are satanists.

negative stereotyping all because of one person who is to think to understand the consequences of their own actions.

YoteFox and Moosedrool are mutual friends of mine.

Surprise- another furry in the house, in case it wasn't already obvious from my nickname on this forum

LOL, I have yet to meet one that does it to get his rocks off, BUT, that said, I do know they exist. The law of averages and all that applies everywhere.
99.96% of the furries I know with suits, do it for the fun side of things.
