Public opinion is not nearly that extreme. What you refer to is known as murrsuiting, and again, as explained before, you're freaking insane if you think any of us will run the risk of messing up a R13k piece of kit because of what appears on the surface to be a paraphilia.
In any case, I am contracted to prepare a little booklet to set the record straight. When its out I will revisit this thread.
I couldn't care less about public opinion. By next year I will be there in my own fursuit thanks very much.
Again dude I'm not judging ask moose I really don't care. What I am talking about is people who do idiotic things in fur suits and making people think that everyone in fur suits are idiots.

It's furries own damn fault if the public opinion is negative. It's not something I defend when interacting with anyone, furry or not.
If people are gonna be whiney babies about something and you're part of weird ass thing such as this then that is what people are gonna associate it with.
The worst response is "but it's totally normal."
Whether you enjoy cosplay, star trek, furry, all that lore stuff etc... It's not! Otherwise everyone will be doing it, get over it and f'ken own it. A fan geek knowing how silly it is is way easier to communicate too than some oke thinking it's some kind of identity or whatever and it shouldn't be made fun of. That is where the problem starts.

Yes it is capable but most wont work without bootcamp (aka Windows)

A question. How isn't it uncomfortable for a girl to be surrounded by so many guys? I'm sorry if I'm pointing out a obvious stereotype but damn it looks like a sausage fest.
You ask any woman whether she would prefer being out with 20 guys or 20 women an I bet ya 95% would pick the guys. Women are full of schite & bitches, multiply the numbers and it gets worse. Well that's what I've been told by women anyway.

Yeah also heard that quite a few times but circumstance matter. It's easy for me to say being at a party with more girls than guys is more fun. But this, a 20 to 1 ratio or something, it will be pretty simular for me to sit in the crowd of a Ellen Degeneres show.
I am thinking of just taking my MacBook to the LAN next year. Much easier than carrying around a huge PC.
