Can't believe it is almost this time again...

After last year's disaster with MW2 - who will be going this year? Hopefully they will have one or two Black Ops servers for us to enjoy... :)

Anyone else thinking of going?
 
Nobody could play MW2 on the Friday as there was a problem with the connection. People played mostly COD4, they did sort it out on the Saturday, but I left early because we went a little tooooo big on the Friday!!! :)
 
I'll definitely be there! And ya I remember jamming COD4, l4d and css most of the weekend...
 
Trying to find out how many RoS members will be joining in - hopefully more than last year. ;) We were only 3... LOL!
 
Probably won't be at the lan but unless they show something decent at the expo then I'm writing up as a heck no, they fail to show anything worth my time or money every year.
 
The Expo was lame last year. NOTHING of interest to me, really. A friend of mine enjoyed it because he needed a new graphics card and picked one up for next to nothing. So unless you want to buy something specific - rather don't go...
 
They may as well dump the expo and turn it into a lan. The expo was lame.
 
I actually enjoyed the expo more than the previous ones...
Had fun on all the kinetic and move stands. Played alot of that F1 in the racing seats and hawx2 on the 3 screens was epic fun...
Not to mention the 'mma' fighting with peeps from the crowd was damn funny to watch.

In terms of give aways it was a bit lacking.. It was only the MSI stand and that dude with the American accent which was quite irritating..

Maybe - BUT there are not NEARLY enough giveaways or half naked women... It is a nerd expo after all!!!! WTF? ;)

lol i'm sure there is a teasers near by.. and there is a hooters near the dome as well.. You just gotto leave your pc :p
 
Looking into going ...... there's 6 of us USN members in Durban that wanna go, we just need to see if any other Durban clans are going and mebbe share costs like.
 
Nope, not attending. Did so the last 2 years and ended up leaving within 40 minutes each time. Not worth my time / money.
 
I've been at the LAN for the last 3 years. Not again. LAN is dead.
