Rain’s Fixed Wireless vs Mobile LTE Speeds

I have both a fixed wireless and a mobile sim from Rain. Strange how the download speeds differ. Same router, same location, practically the same time:
Fixed - 61.9 Mbps
Mobile - 19.6 Mbps

Just wondering if anyone else has also experienced this, and perhaps know the reason?

Rain Mobile:

Ping: 35ms
Download: 61.22Mbps
Upload: 21.45Mbps

Rain Fixed: Wireless:

Ping: 15ms
Download: 65.87Mbps
Upload: 19.53Mbps

Both tests on Huawei B618-22's about 3 meters apart.
Not a huge difference.

On your device set fixed wireless network to 4G 1800mhz and test again.
